TEHRAN First Vice President Hassan Habibi cabled here on Thursday a message to the Romanian Prime Minister Mugur Isarescu, felicitating him, the government and people of Romania on the country's National Day.
Elsewhere in the message, Habibi expressed hope that the current relations between the two countries will further broaden, relying on the existing capabilities on various sectors.
